Hamish Hendry Ashtanga Workshop

Hamish Hendry is one of only a few Certified Ashtanga teachers in the world and has been running Astanga Yoga London for some considerable time. Hamish has also published a series of books, as well as the yoga journal Pushpam.

Hamish will be holding an ashtanga day at Bad Hand Studio on April 27th 2024.

The day will begin with two group batches for Mysore self-practice followed by a short break for lunch. The afternoon session will focus on practice technique, some applied philosophical discussion, and Q&A where you can draw from Hamish’s extensive knowledge and experience.

Timings:

9.30am-12am – Mysore run in two overlapping batches
12.30-3pm – Afternoon workshop session
